The way one gets a new car these days is very different! It was a learning experience. There was a slight hiccup when the salesman I originally met with left the dealership, making me concerned that there It was a learning experience. However, when Mark Stevens took over the process was smooth sailing. Or at least as smooth as current situation allows. He kept me updated on status of my order and once it arrived the final steps went quickly and smoothly! Would highly recommend dealing with him if you are in the market for a Toyota! More
