If I could give 0 stars I would. Were to begin bought a used 2013 toyota rav 4 from them almost 19000 dollars later back in March. Had to bring the car back numerous times to have stereo replaced because i used 2013 toyota rav 4 from them almost 19000 dollars later back in March. Had to bring the car back numerous times to have stereo replaced because it kept shutting off and rebooting itself. Let alone at first they forgot to order the radio and then ordered the radio and went down to put it in and the mechanic pressed so hard on the touch screen that he cracked it. So then they ordered another one. Had to leave my car there and was put in a loaner vehicle. The loaner vehicle was absolutely filthy they did not clean it or vacum it and there was even a used dirty mask in there. They told me they put synthetic oil in my car and come to find out they put conventional oil in. The car had a couple chips on the hood that they said they would touch up which they did but it wasn't even same color paint and never buffed out and lastly I kept telling them for months that I kept hearing a noise from the front end. Did test drives with mechanics and head lady and they all heard the noise and proceeded to tell me it was just tire tread. Took my car to a different dealership ship yesterday and ended up dishing out 1000 dollars or new struts that were completely rusted out and falling apart even the boots on the struts had cracks and holes. Went down to toyota to show them the pictures of the struts and was told by Mike c the used car manager that it was normal wear and tear and that I must have done that with in 6 months. And that before they sell any cars they have them inspected for leaks and tears in the boots and when they sold me the car it was not like that. Spoke to one of the owners this morning and he flat out told me the same thing and that unfortunately there is nothing they can do. Please avoid this dealership in the long run you will be paying alot of money to fix a car. Horrible customer service More

Service was great, dropped my car off, they said it would be about 1 1/2 hours, and they called in an hour and half and said it was ready. Service was performed, multi point inspection done and Phil Orzel wa be about 1 1/2 hours, and they called in an hour and half and said it was ready. We just purchased a Rav 4 Prime from them. While all other dealers were charging at least 2k over MSRP, these folks charged a fair price. Our sales person, Lily, was amazing. Steve was fantastic to work with, very responsive with answers to the many questions we had. The dealership however was not prepared when we arrived. We agreed on the car on a Saturday, but we were not ab answers to the many questions we had. The dealership however was not prepared when we arrived. We agreed on the car on a Saturday, but we were not able to pick up the car until Wednesday (because of our work schedules). We arrived at 1:20 to be told the plates were not there and we would have to come back another day for them. Once the paperwork was completed, which was around 2:10, we were then told the car was being detailed. At 3:20 I asked for a manager and was told they were just drying it and how sorry they were. 2 hours? Why wasn't the car detailed the night before? I got into the car at 3:30 and the car was FAR from clean. The cup holders were dirty, the seats looked greasy, under the seats was not cleaned, the center console was not even touch, it had crumbs in it, you could see all the places they sprayed cleaners and NEVER wiped it. The car was awful, we have had cars detailed before and they look brand new, we always buy certified cars and they look as if they are new.....this was awful. Steve went above and beyond, he came to pick the car up, left a loaner and had the car re-detailed, put the plates on oh and replaced the low batteries in the remotes (since that light came on as soon as I got home). One other thing that shocked me, no full tank of gas for used car sales. If it wasn't for Steve, we would have walked away. More
