He was very professional, attentive, polite and knowledgeable. Every question we had, he was able to answer with ease. The Rav 4 being a new model with new add ons, I would think that there would be questions that would be difficult to answer. This was not the case. He always made eye contact when we spoke with us and made it a point to speak to BOTH my husband and myself. Not being technical savvy, he went over several aspects with me regarding the car, never once showing any distain. My husband called him today regarding a slight issue we were having with the car and he answered him on is day off. Anyone who has him as their sales person is very fortunate. I recommend him highly.
