Serrvice changed when you get high mileage in your car I purchased several cars from our local Toyota dealership. The regular maintenance not smooth now, they didn’t do top of fluids last time, trying to charge for oil change...I think my name and phone # still in the computer files like original buyer w. free oil change, maintenance and battery ?!
