My only complaint was there seemed to be a communication breakdown between the sales reps and I did enjoy working with Phil on purchasing my vehicle. My only complaint was there seemed to be a communication breakdown between the sales reps and the finance department, which ended up with me getting more phone calls than were needed. And as someone that used to work in car sales, I recognized some of the selling techniques that drove me out of that profession. Overall good experience and I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a Toyota. More

Jimmy is a great guy to work with no hard sell, very knowledgeable and lets the vehicle speak for itself. I would recommend Jimmy to anyone looking to buy a Toyota. As for the finance department all aces here as well. The finance manager Dan explained all the fine print and got me the best rate out there for me. So in conclusion Toyota of Wallingford is a great place to purchase your next vehicle. More
