Last year we bought a Used Volvo at the dealer in Meriden. After 9 months we had an issue and the service experience was very disappointing. I immediately looked at the used inventory at WOW- Toyota found the used Highlander picked up our Volvo and drive right to WOW Toyota our salesman Jay M was enthusiastic and well versed on the vehicle. We ended up purchasing the vehicle and love the fact that we get free oil changes and batteries for life! The finance manager was great and we purchased the extended warranty thrilled it was offered on a used vehicle an a very reasonable price. Toyota of Wallingford has a customer for life! More

I'd attribute this in large part to the easy going nature of the salesman I worked with, who was attentive to what I was looking for and willing to let me lead the way in decision-making instead of pushing for features found on other models I hadn't expressed an interest for. The dealership itself seemed staffed with individuals who provided a nice atmosphere and were customer focused. I have already recommended this dealership to a colleague and will be happy to do so in the future. More
