Jenna, the service agent, did a fantastic job keeping me informed by phone until it was fixed and I was able to get back to pick it up. Toyota of Wallingford had nearly the exact Highlander I wanted in stock (would have preferred a 2016, its a 2015) most dealers it was order and wait. Of course part of that is just luck. I emailed our salesman Jay M) for he best price. We took it for a test drive, left for one last test drive, returned that day and bought it after a little haggling. They gave me a great price for my trade, the F & I guy Rob had a good sense of humor, and wasn't pushy. Great car, minimal hassle More
