Accommodated the my checklist very well of the car that I want and gave details I need to make informed decision 3. Able to test drive much affordable option to get the feel of it with regards to the price, the mileage, etc 4. Given enough time to weigh things thru, it helped a lot seeing the pros and cons of taking what I want but takes some time versus the affordable choice at hand and ready to go 5. In the end, we were able to work around within my budget with the car that I want (minus the color – Lunar Rock) tho it took us a lot of time. I appreciate how considerate he is with every questions I have and he is even open for further inquiries. I feel heard as a customer, and comfortable as well doing this big purchase.
