I went in to look at the crown limited after I was told on the phone they had one. They did not have one however the nice Salesman let me test drive the xle When he came to me with a price That was o on the phone they had one. They did not have one however the nice Salesman let me test drive the xle When he came to me with a price That was outrageously high I asked him if he was pricing the right car He went back to his manager who came over and started to insult me.. The fact is I went to Kelly blue book and had a pretty good idea what the car should cost and the 11k more he was quoting was just wrong . Then the manager stated to insult me and basically asked to me to get lost and never come back I was shocked by his behavior and went home to double check my numbers and I was correct he quoted 58k but Kelly blue book said the car should cost 47k The car is for sale at multiple dealerships for around 47k The manager simply was lying about the MSRP ( he said it was 52k) to me or didn't want to sell the car. I've never been so insulted In the car guy In the car buying process and in my life time I've bought new cars every 3-4 years for 40 years. The new showroom is fantastic however with the attitude the manger approached me with I would never say anything nice to anyone I know who wants to buy a Toyota It's a shame because the salesman was exceptionally nice during our interaction More
