In this market for a Lexus RX 350, the dealer declined to negotiate the MSRP. It was take it or leave it. Our salesman, Mike Bowen, was knowledgeable, responsive to questions, pleasant, and efficient. On a test drive, he was very helpful explaining the various features of the vehicle, particularly the electronic shifting and door handles. Marc Jean provided me with an outstanding tutorial on the features of the Lexus RX 350, including synching my iPhone. More
