First time there. The wpb location is so much better, welcoming, cleaner lobby, staff communicates with you and gives you updates as time passes. The employee who stood there when I pulled up didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. No greeting, no smile nothing. I arrived at 2pm, scheduled service. I didn’t leave until nearly 4 pm, just for an oil change. I was cold waiting in the lobby for so long I got up and decided to go stand outside instead. The rep called me over and took my payment. He informed me that my car is almost done and will be out soon. I acknowledged that and told him I’ll be outside. I waited for about 20 minutes, no sign of my car. I saw a car that was parked in the parking lot, looked similar to mine but I didn’t approach it since the rep told me my car was almost done and he would let me know. After waiting for so long I decided to go check if that car was actually mine… guess what, it was my car. The key wasn’t in there so I walked back to let the rep know my car was out there the whole time I waited outside. I told him that the car in the parking lot was in fact my car and that it was ready the entire time. She briefly walked over to the desk when I initially pulled up… and there it was my car key was just sitting on the counter unattended. No real apologies were given for making me wait with no follow up or lack of communication. No apologies for my car key seating on an unattended counter, anyone could have grabbed it. Never going back. I unfortunately will have to drive longer distances for better service. I appreciate the free car wash but the cleaning folks left their cleaning supply in my vehicle. Didn’t even notice until my toddler picked it up when I got home. More
