Purchase a used 2017 Mercedes Benz C-300 in April of 2020 from Treasure Cost Lexus. I was sold a Lexus Luxury Care Prepaid Maintenance agreement to cover oil changes since we all know how expensive they can from Treasure Cost Lexus. I was sold a Lexus Luxury Care Prepaid Maintenance agreement to cover oil changes since we all know how expensive they can be and the agreement was for 3 years. Last year I took my car in for it's first oil change and was told I didn't have a plan and had to pay out of pocket $104.36 cause I didn't bring the agreement with me. After dealing with managers for approximately 2 to 3 months. I was finally issued a refund for the oil change via check from Lexus. Thinking that this issue was resolved last year I took my car back to Lexus for the next service (Oil Change). And here we go again, this time I brought my service agreement and the service agent tells me it only covers $45 out of the $201 for the oil change. xxx! I paid $995 for Lexus Luxury Care Prepaid Maintenance agreement. Why would someone pay almost $1,000 if it is only going to cover $45 or in 3 years only cover $135 towards Oil Changes??? Nothing else was done, they didn't check the rest of the car, they didn't wash the car, and they didn't even reset my display. Claiming I have to go to Mercedes to have display changed. Are you kidding me?? What kind of service is this? I was completely ripped off, totally taken advantage of and completely disrespected. No one cares, there was no remorse, and all they could say to me is that the computer states it only covers $45. I have been a very Loyal Lexus customer for many years - I purchased 2 new ES350's and a New RX350 and figured if they have been good all these years (New York Dealers) - the dealership on the Treasure Coast should be up to the same standard and quality. Was I WRONG! I will never recommend this dealership to anyone and will be posting my experience on all social media platforms, so anyone interested in dealing with Treasure Coast Lexus is aware of how they take advantage and mislead customers. Oh yeah - I was also told that the finance person that sold me agreement would be calling me to explain. That was 8/2 it's now 8/4 after 5PM EST - Apparently customer service is not their top priority. And what the xxxx they already have $995 from me as well as $3,975 for what I assume is a bogus Lexus Extra Care Vehicle Service Agreement that probably doesn't cover anything because this is a Mercedes-Benz vehicle and not a Lexus vehicle. Horrible experience and feel violated. More
