I love this dealership and my Service Director, however I have a major complaint that warrants immediate attention. I purchased an LC500. It came with runlet tires as standard equipment. I also purchased t have a major complaint that warrants immediate attention. I purchased an LC500. It came with runlet tires as standard equipment. I also purchased the tire replacement warranty. I have now had two flat tires and in both instances you did not have this standard issue in stock. This after I was told the tires were in stock before I came into the dealership for repairs. It caused me significant inconvenience and your dealership unnecessary expenses for loaner cars and valet delivery of my vehicle. Love your service. Not so much for my tires. More

Checking my car in was fine, but the service person who was supposed to write my service forms was not there and I had to wait 20 minutes. If I come on time for my appointment I expect I will get service s was supposed to write my service forms was not there and I had to wait 20 minutes.
