Hello I came into get an oil change everything was fine. I drove into the bay then walk into the advisors office Pablo. I had an oil change and tire rotation. I for got to ask about my windshield wipper the I drove into the bay then walk into the advisors office Pablo. I had an oil change and tire rotation. I for got to ask about my windshield wipper the water was not spraying I asked could the take a look at it for me he let me know if they did it would cost me 114.00 or so. I also asked about a light bulb quote which was fine. But at the end when they are done with my car the pull it in for me in the bay. Just like I drove it in. Not only did the park it on the outside of the garage it was still sprinkling rain out side now that I have have paid I had to walk all the way out. To get my car. That is not customer service I can drive my car in but I gave to walk out to go get my car to drive away. That was unexpectedly. It was not a feel good to me I had never been treated like that before. More
