Finally, kudos to Marc Jean, the IT guy who walked us through the myriad systems of the car that make it a pleasure to drive. Was very easy to work with and complete documents online. Especially as our scanner was having issues so could take pics and send or e-sign online. Manager tried to do the usual no we can only give you $200 off versus 450 so didn't appreciate that kind of haggling and I wasn't 100% sold anyways. So I ended up getting the amount off I asked for which was not a lot but still helpful. Salesman was great. Didn't hassle me or contact me too much and was quick to respond to info or pictures I needed. He made it very easy overall to complete the purchase remotely from another city in Florida. More
