In all the years that we have purchased vehicles, we have never experience service like we have with Paul. It all started with an email he sent to me prior to getting an oil change last Friday asking to spea never experience service like we have with Paul. It all started with an email he sent to me prior to getting an oil change last Friday asking to speak with me about my Lexus IS 250 F Sport. I agreed to meet with him. I was impressed with Paul the minute I met him. He is such a gentleman and never pressured me into buying anything. He showed me a couple of vehicles but I had had to go to work. Again no pressure at all. My husband and I stopped by the dealership on Sunday and looked at the RC 350's. Paul and I communicated via text message over Sunday and Monday. by Tuesday we were at the dealership buying my beautiful new car. Paul's communication is amazing and it literally took us only about 1 1/2 hours to drive away with my new beauty!! Overall Experience was Amazing!!!!!!!! He even followed up today with an email letting us know he was here for any questions we may have. This is the 3rd Lexus we have purchased(2 from another larger dealer). We will keep Paul's card for all future purchases and be sure to send friends his way. THANK YOU SO MUCH PAUL!!!!!! More

I took my car in for a recall and oil change and I was told by service tech name Kevin busser after Peggy said my car was ready to pick up I needed brakes and four new tires and would have to sign a waive told by service tech name Kevin busser after Peggy said my car was ready to pick up I needed brakes and four new tires and would have to sign a waiver because the brakes were completely worn down. My car has 25000 miles and is a few years old.Kevin busser was rude and a liar. He said the car was Not driveable what a lie! I was scammed. They dropped the car at my house after giving me a loaner to get home. Because Kevin completely took my car apart when all I needed was an oil change and recall fixed. I took my car which is only a few years old to a Goodyear the next day had four new tires put on and they said there is nothing wrong with my brakes at all! Lexus lord and what cost me $800 lexus wanted to charge me $2500. I will never go to your dealership again. You get no stars from me! I’ll buy a new lexus in the future At another dealership More
