Brian Young is top notch as a caring, personable, and knowledgeable employee of Treasure Coast Lexus. I initially started working with Brian online. After he very professionally answered my myriad questions, I decided to come in for a test drive. At no time during our emails back-and-forth did Brian pressure me to come in, but responded swiftly whenever a new question arose. When I did take the test drive, again Brian was very helpful, as well as Gary Mariarossi, to make sure that any changes I might want in the vehicle would be met. I told Brian I need to review all the details overnight and he was very agreeable. Again no pressure to not leave the showroom without a deal. I called back the next day with one requested change which was met. Picked up the car in a couple of days and everything went very smoothly. I have been extremely impressed with Brian‘s follow through after getting the vehicle home. Due to the complexity of my new Lexus, he again provided me with further information or got me in touch with someone at the Dealership who could provide the information I needed. Definitely going the extra mile. More
Excellent repair service, but valet service was not available for emergency transfer of my vehicle from home when rear window failed in the open position. I had to drive the vehicle to the dealership, available for emergency transfer of my vehicle from home when rear window failed in the open position. I had to drive the vehicle to the dealership, and after being told by the service scheduler over the phone that it was a one-hour job that I could wait for, it wound up being an over-night job because of lack of parts availability. I'm very disappointed in valet service, something I was assured but didn't get when I really needed it. I'm also disappointed in the lack of knowledge by the service scheduler for such repairs. The repair work itself was professionally and successfully completed. More
