Bought a car I thought was in good condition Redoing the review, I bought an used car total spent $14,000 is not cheap, thinking coming from Lexus dealer was great but after we left the place unf Redoing the review, I bought an used car total spent $14,000 is not cheap, thinking coming from Lexus dealer was great but after we left the place unfortunately the problems started, they promise to replace a clamp was making noise and loose, it's been 15 days and is difficult to receive an answer from them they said they were going to order the part, nothing yet, then the rear camera is loose is part of the safety features, so it doesn't work, and now I remember they parked the car in rear both times so we didn't notice the day we did the test drive, I feel like I bought a $2000 car, terrible, when you are there they are great but that's it, I am very disappointed, the car had a problem also with the suspension, I thought I could trust this dealership, I paid cash. More

Go in for routine service end up with new vehicle. Went to have our 2014 RX350 serviced on Tuesday and saw a new 350L in showroom which we liked. I came into Treasure Coast Lexus to receive service for my vehicle. Seymour asked me if I would be interested in trading my vehicle for a newer model. I wasn’t in the market for another vehicle but I agree my vehicle. Seymour asked me if I would be interested in trading my vehicle for a newer model. I wasn’t in the market for another vehicle but I agreed to look. We spoke about price points and he went to locate the vehicles. After test driving one of the models, I was a little more willing to consider the purchase. While the price started out way above my budget, Seymour was able to get the price down to where I was comfortable. He was very nice and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Everyone is so nice at Treasure Coast Lexus and I’m happy to be a part of the Lexus family! More
