When I brought the car in, I was promptly greeted and brought to the Service Advisor who listened to a shifting clunk sound I experienced during sharp turns. I thought it was from under the car shifting left to right depending on the sharp curve I was taking. I also needed 75,00 mile service. When the service was completed, the noise was determined to be a worn roof window seal causing the glass to slide back and forth. The noise traveled so I thought it was undercarriage of the car! Who knew?! The service was completed, I was satisfied completely. Great job by the tech, Chris and my service advisor, Kathy to exceed all my expectations! More
