Love-Encore delivery I received an email from Darla, asking if I would like to come in to learn more about the features of my new Outback. I went in and she showed me thin I received an email from Darla, asking if I would like to come in to learn more about the features of my new Outback. I went in and she showed me things that I had no idea the car could do. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. The experience was a wonderful added benefit of purchasing a Subaru. Maybe in response to transparency of invoice information online, the salesman and sales manager are the "good guys"- giving a bottom line price quickly and fairly. Unfortunately, many of the add-ons presented at the finance office do not have the same level of transparency and can catch a person off-guard. More

Best saleperson period! after retiring from the Automotive industry, i was frustrated with the buying process. Finally after 15 years we found Trent, the car guy Trent is r after retiring from the Automotive industry, i was frustrated with the buying process. Finally after 15 years we found Trent, the car guy Trent is respectful of our time, always very professional, and he cuts through all the stuff you don't like and makes buying a car the special event it really should be. This is our sixth purchase from Tucson Subaru, and the second from Trent. Do yourself a favor, and when your looking for a great car, look for Trent , the car guy! you'll be glad you did! More

My new Outback had a Rear latch problem, in which Jason Mumma the Service Advisor My recent experience with Tucson Subaru was so easy & unexpected. My new Outback had a Rear latch problem, in which Jason Mumma the Service Advisor immediately got my a new outback loaner, & got me & a friend on our way, since we had just left the hospital & needed to get my friend home & settled. I had arrived so late that day, as per the loaner, yet they had my vehicle ready the next day. When I arrived, I was greated promptly & Jason was ready with the paperwork for me to sign & my car was driven right to me. It was less than 10 mins. The staff & building are exceptional.
