Unlike our experience with other dealerships, We'd been considering Forester for over a year, hearing good things about that model and Tucson Subaru. Unlike our experience with other dealerships, we weren't hassled to buy (a turn-off). When the time was right for us, CJ helped us decide quickly that the Outback would be more suitable for our needs. During the test drive and afterwards, CJ made sure that we knew about the many safety features and comforts, and the many ways we could learn more, including following up with him. Financing took longer than we expected, mainly because of a software issue that needed 2 more people to figure out. Upside of that was not having to drive home a new car at rush hour during a thunderstorm. CJ, Louie, and everyone we met were friendly and helpful. The waiting area was comfortable and pleasant so I'm not dreading service visits at this dealership. We're new to Subaru but wondering what took us so long! More
