I worked the entire deal over the phone and everything was exactly as they had quoted me. The customer service and delivery of the vehicle was phenomenal. Curt in finance did a phenomenal job signing all the paperwork and getting me quickly in and out in 30 minutes. The dozen red roses from management was a unexpected and thoughtful touch that my wife and daughter appreciated. As a retired veteran, it was heartfelt to have several of the employees thank me for my service. I would highly recommend Ken, a retired Army vet himself, and the Tucson Subaru dealership for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle and excellent customer service. More

Here we go aga I really do not enjoy shopping for cars. When I entered the Subaru Dealership, I was greeted by Kevin McDougall. I thought "Oh gosh. Here we go again." I was pleasantly surprised by Kevin's laid back personality. No high pressure sales. Kevin seems to just want to find the best car for you. Kevin is friendly, most knowledgable And gets to know you. I have had my Subaru for a year now and I love it! Kevin not only made my purchase go smoothly, he has followed up to make sure I am happy with my Subaru. I am.
