The easiest car purchase I've ever had! I had been thinking of purchasing a Forester for sometime. On Wednesday morning I went on-line and looked over the inventory of used cars. Found one I had been thinking of purchasing a Forester for sometime. On Wednesday morning I went on-line and looked over the inventory of used cars. Found one I liked and sent off an on-line price request. Jennifer Durand replies promptly with an offer. I called her and set up an appointment to see the car for 11am. By 2 I was out the door with my new to me car. Jennifer was kind, considerate, professional and very through. The entire experience was just great. I was able to get prompt service from Kevin the next day, as I was late for my pre arranged appointment. Levi. Spent the time needed, and was patient with my wife and I, as we decided to make the purchase. Kevin informed us about the possibility of another customer wanting to view/purchase the vehicle. Usually I would think "that is just a line", but I had no doubt that had we not made our purchase Monday pm, it would have been gone on Tuesday. Kevin and Louie stayed late, and arranged for our purchase contract, in a pleasant environment. We are very pleased with our experience, and with our vehicle purchase. I will recommend, as well as re-visit Tucson Subaru when I purchase my next vehicle. I appreciate the culture of "No pressure", as this generally make me want to leave.
