Our purchase decision took approximately three months from the time we met Steve until we ultimately completed our purchase. During that time Steve followed up with us but never to the point that he was a bother, we can't say that about several sales reps at other dealerships we visited. The sales negotiation was fair and friendly. The financing was simple and fast. Everyone we encountered during our deallings with this dealership were professional, friendly and informative. Went above and beyond! Came in from out of town to have the car serviced and new tires put on. There was a slight mix up with scheduling but Marcos saw to it that everythin Came in from out of town to have the car serviced and new tires put on. Having bought 5 vehicles in the past 16 years, this one was definitely the easiest of all. I really liked that you could get an "e-price" before going in. After researching the vehicle we wanted, and checking out dealers in Phoenix (the last 5 vehicles were all bought in Phoenix). More vehicles, more dealers, usually means a better deal. NOT this time. Also, the finance experience was very low pressure. When I initially said no to a couple of the optional add-ons, they quickly countered with a sweet deal that I couldn't turn down.
