They weren't pushy about trying to sell us a car that day. Even learned a few websites to check out for more details on the safety of each vehicle. Which my wife and I used to make sure all models we were thinking about had good safety ratings. Once the model came in I wanted Ken did a great job making sure the car was ready for me. I live about an hour and a half away from the dealer so they were all wonderful in email communications to get me paperwork to start the buying process from home. All I had to do was drive up spend a little time signing the necessary documents and we were good to go! Everyone we were working with from sales to finance were all extremely friendly and made this one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. More

Quick, Friendly and efficant I was extremely stressed to look for cars. I had always had horrible experiences with every dealership I had ever been to. I walked in a told them right away that I had poor credit and still owed money on my current car and was in a poor situation, Ken Murch did not lie to me or try to mislead me, he was easily the nicest, most honest and caring salesmen I have ever encountered. He got me into a nice used car with low mileage, that is reliable. He at no point pressured me in any direction and made sure I had a fun experience rather than a stressful one I would dread going through. Tim in financing made sure I clearly understood everything and never tried to slip anything past me . All of the staff was positive, friendly, direct and caring. I've never had so much fun purchasing a car. I will happily return to this dealership in the future and recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car to go straight to Tucson Subaru More

He was able to ask us more specifically what we were looking for and made recommendations; e.g. we are hoping to use a vehicle for camping, but would appreciate being able to sleep inside the back if needed. (This ultimately changed our minds to getting the outback instead of the forester, as the back seats fold down into a flat position--better for sleeping). Kevin has a sociable, and pleasant personality which made us feel comfortable and non pressured. When I arrived in Tucson I had a courtesy shuttle ready for me.
