Great fast Customer Service I live in NM and read on line service reviews for Subaru dealerships. The Tucson Subaru was rated very very high so we drove 380 miles on December I live in NM and read on line service reviews for Subaru dealerships. The Tucson Subaru was rated very very high so we drove 380 miles on December 23. We had traffic road construction and was 30 minutes late for our appointment but they fit us in. Our Service Representative was Mr. Dan Ford. Dan was so prompt, courteous and professional. He asked a few questions since we were new customers, asked for my keys and then escorted us to their beautiful waiting area. The area had free drinks and refreshment/snacks. He said it would be around 30 ,minutes and true to his word, the vehicle was done in 30 minutes. Dan also insured that antifreeze and windshield wiper fluids were added. I was truly impressed and will return to the dealership for additional service. Terry T. More

They gave me emergency service very quickly and thoroughly. My "check engine" light lit up and stayed on, cruise control turned off, and a swerving vehicle icon lit up. Steve quickly put my mind at ease by thoroughly and patiently answering all of my questions, not once making me feel pressured or rushed. One of my biggest questions was whether to buy or lease and I loved how he pulled examples from his personal life to help me understand the benefits of each option. In the end, I chose to lease a brand new, gorgeous blue Legacy. Tim was also fun and easy to work with on the finance side. He did a great job explaining the lease and everything I had to sign without making it feel daunting or confusing. I'm so happy and excited about my new car! Thanks so much Steve, Tim, and Subaru! I have delt with many dealerships. This experience was good. I liked the sales person that showed me the car I purchased. I don' like high pressure, and you don't get that with Joe.
