After locating a vehicle I was interested in, I was able to set up an appointment online to look at the vehicle with Chris Smith to make the process go that much quicker. Chris had the vehicle waiting, but also took the time to find out and listen to what I was looking for in a vehicle. After discussing several possibilities, we ended up taking two for test drives. Chris was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time, and really seemed focused on getting me into a vehicle that would make me happy for years to come. I ended up buying a brand new Subaru because I know the quality and dependability the name stands for. Traci Roberts made the paperwork end of the visit a very pleasant experience. She was extremely efficient and patiently explained all the warranties, etc. Everyone at the dealership was welcoming, helpful, and very professional. More

I knew as soon as I met these two pros my car was in highly competent hands and they did not disappoint, my Subaru had a very subtle rhythmic thump and vibration at highway speed, after Mr Garcia made the necessary repairs he and I test drove my Forester at which time he explained what he found, how he found and then describe the repairs, I am also a repair technician (retired) although in a different field I recognized your teams in depth knowledge and professionalism. Kevin introduced us to a sales manager, Loren, and one of the service advisers, Marcos, both of whom were gracious and seemed truly appreciative of our purchase. Louie was the most low key finance person I have ever encountered at any dealership. He explained programs without pushing anything and accepted our choices graciously. Frankly, my other car purchases often turned sour when the finance guy was overly pushy. All in all, I never felt pressured into anything and never felt that anyone was taking advantage of us. The entire team was helpful and even welcoming. Kevin even gave my wife a dozen roses to take home at the end of the day. More

Thanks to my son, I now am the happy owner of a Subaru! I was on my way to purchase a Honda CR-V. I had already driven it and it seemed okay for what I was looking to do with the car but my son asked me the I was on my way to purchase a Honda CR-V. I had already driven it and it seemed okay for what I was looking to do with the car but my son asked me the gas mileage of the Honda and, honestly, I didn't know so he took my phone and searched for the top gas mileage SUV and Subaru came in first. We were a few miles from the dealership and so I decided to stop and check out the Subaru. I knew nothing about Subaru cars/suvs and as soon as we got there Joe Micoletti met me and began to educate me on the XV Crosstrek which I immediately loved. There was never any pressure with Joe, he just let the car sell itself. The next day I came back to purchase the car and because Joe was busy with another customer Kevin Gribble assisted me and I was astounded at his knowledge of the car and he further educated me and because he did I upgraded from the vehicle I was going to buy to one that had the "eyesight" feature. This is a great feature that will give me peace of mind as my kids are just reaching driving age and will be driving the Crosstrek too. Joe stayed involved in the transaction as well and when it was all done I drove off in a loaded, detailed Crosstrek with a complimentary dozen long stem red roses(which I gave my wife and she so loved them!). I've purchased my share of new vehicles but I have never had such a positive experience as I had with Tucson Subaru. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! Thanks to you all!! More
