Nice Finish - Nearly Perfect After looking for a new SUV for several weeks, we concluded the dealership we were talking with really didn't want our business. So we started the 'nearly' new search and found the SUV of our desire at Tucson Subaru. Manny was new to the dealership, which meant he was experienced in more than just Subaru's. A nice add since we were looking at a Santa Fe. The experience of agreeing to a price with all the internet information, made the discussion very easy. No back and forth running to the sales manager or high pressure tactics. Manny shared he kept waiting for someone to yell (like at a previous dealer), but it never happened. Perfection for us would have been knowing up front there was only one (1) fob available. At a cost of $300 for a backup, I do wish I'd have known on the front end. More

The friendly staff, their demeanor, and their overall mission to take care of the customer speaks highly of this organization. I was never pushed or coerced into making a decision and I received all the answers to my questions. Back story: I was preparing for my military deployment and wanted to look at a few cars before I left with the thought of buying one upon my return. First I was shunned at the BMW dealership and I couldn't have been more of a waste of time in their opinion. The salesman didn't even give me his card. I found my way over to Tucson Subaru to look at the Impreza STi so I could find my back to the Subaru family. No STi in stock. It was that point, after hearing my situation, when the GM let me personally drive his Brand New Launch Edition STi, knowing I wasn't going to buy for upwards of a year. I was floored. Customer service means a lot in my book and I truly felt, not only appreciated, but valued as a customer. I told the GM I would be back, and I kept that promise because of the hospitality him and his staff provided. With all the help from John P., Joe M., and Traci, I would like to say Thank You and I truly appreciate the stand up people you really are. SUPER! Like no other car buying experience before! My husband and I are in our 60's so we have bought a few cars over the years. After a lot of research on the web, we went in prepared for a hard sell especially since this is the only Subaru dealership in Tucson. My husband summed it up best, “There is no salesman at Tucson Subaru, just friendly people helping you buy a car.” Kevin Gribble just walked up talked with us a bit and then showed us the Forester first because he thought it fit better for what we wanted (a car to travel in that sits high, but has a smooth ride). Later on the way thru the lot to find the blue car I thought I wanted, he showed us all the color options on actual cars in the lot and I really liked the bronze one. But he went and found the blue one, pulled it up so we could do a side by side, etc. The paperwork was effortless, he quoted the best price he could do, with research on the web we knew it was a good one and he wrote everything up. Then came the dreaded meet the finance guy, only this time it wasn't!!!! Tim Hanson was amazing, he already had everything printed up for us except the actual costs, showed us what we could add on and gave recommendations including some where he simply said this is not worth the money. He was fun, happy, and obviously both Kevin and Tim take pride in doing a great job while remaining super friendly. I hope Subaru continues to make great cars because I see no reason to go anywhere else when we want another car. Tucson Subaru is the best!!! Good Experience I was working with one sales guy via email for almost a year. I really liked the low key approach. This is a large purchase and one for which you should spend time reviewing before spending that amount of money. Because of this, I finally made that step to go in and test drive a vehicle. When I went in, the salesperson I had been emailing was not available. So I had another one. He was very friendly and informational and we went on some test drives. When test driving a car--which is a big expense--I expect the car to have enough fuel in it to go as far as I need to go to test drive my future expense. The gas was on almost empty. That was disappointing. The finance guy was great -- best experience I have ever had with the finance department. Overall, a good experience compared to previous purchases at other dealers in the past 30 years. I started looking at Subaru's because my mechanic of many years recommended this vehicle. More
Outstanding from beginning to end We knew we wanted a Subaru from the start but not sure whether an Outback or a Forrester, so we got quotes for both at Edmunds.com. We got a call from Curt shortly after that and went down to the dealership, where we met him. Since we weren't sure which car was right for us, Curt gave us an in depth walk-through of both and then extensive test drives. We both loved the Forrester more so that is what we bought. Curt could not have been more helpful, pleasant, professional and informative- he obviously wanted us the get the right car and certainly didn't push us. We love our new Forrester and Eileen especially liked the little touch when Curt gave her roses as she picked up the car! Jim and Eileen More

The experience was like I had a friend in the dealership. I went to Tucson Subaru to research a new car for the family. He helped determine exactly the ones we needed. I have worked in the car business for over 25 years. Tucson Subaru is very unique experience. No pressure just good advise. The price was great and they sell a very great vehicle line. I bought a Forester the same day. Tim in finance was the same way. He explained all my options with no pressure. I felt very comfortable. I am very pleased to have done my business with them. It is rare to have honesty with integrity. I would recommend Tucson Subaru to everyone and will do just that. More

I have had nothing but negative experiences and rude sales people in the past. Tucson Subaru made me feel welcome right away. The process was painless and put me at ease.
