A Pleasant Buying Experience Sal Salgado greeted us when we came into the showroom. Although we were in the market for new cars, Subarus had not been on our "radar screen" at tha Sal Salgado greeted us when we came into the showroom. I have experienced less than satisfactory dealings with car sales personnel and buying a car isn't my favorite "pastime". Sal however made it a very pleasant experience. Steve's sales approach was low-key and informative. I never felt that uncomfortable push that many dealers engage in as soon as you enter the showroom. Steve listened while I explained my car needs and took me for a test ride in a Forester. After very little hassle and negotiating I bought the car I test drove. Traci Roberts made the leasing process quick and easy and she was helpful and friendly. I never felt pressured by either employee and was happy to drive home in my new car. More
