A spectacular buying experience! I contacted Tucson Subaru through the internet about purchasing a specific model Subaru that was available. Chris Smith - internet sales- contacted me I contacted Tucson Subaru through the internet about purchasing a specific model Subaru that was available. Chris Smith - internet sales- contacted me and guided me through the purchase process. He was very responsive. When I couldn't reach him, I initiated instant chat on line and that person either contacted Chris for me or found the information I wanted. I drove down from Phoenix and arrived at 7 PM . Even though they closed at 8 pm, both Chris Smith and Tim Hanson stayed late to help me purchase my Outback and they were so nice, and pleasant. The price on the desired vehicle and what I got for my trade in was very fair, based on the research I had done prior to going in. I was very pleased. The dealership building is new and spectacular - the nicest I have ever seen. Even had a special place for kids to play and dog food and water for my canine kids! I had one of my dogs with me and he had the run of the place - putting a smile and everyone's face - and he was so welcomed! I couldn't believe it! What a wonderful experience!!!!! I hated to leave and only wish I lived close enough to have my new vehicle serviced there! They even gave me flowers! I will only deal with Tucson Subaru when I purchase a car in the future. I've even encouraged my brothers from Salt Lake City and Las Vegas to make the trip when they purchase their next Subaru! (We are a Subaru family!) More

Excellent Experience Working with Tucson Subaru has actually been a pleasant and FUN experience, (especially compared to most other dealerships where the sales people are Working with Tucson Subaru has actually been a pleasant and FUN experience, (especially compared to most other dealerships where the sales people are extremely pushy, flat out rude, and/or royally trying to pull one over on you). From the very beginning, my sales person (Rudy) was extremely polite and never once pushy. He even gave me a call on a Sunday evening during the holiday season - as per my request - to help answer my questions and give me advice on how to "break free" from my previous dealership that was trying to pull one over one me. A great example of trying to meet MY needs instead of just being out for the sale is the fact that the first vehicle I test drove was NOT the one I went in there looking to lease; but a less expensive vehicle with the same key features I was looking for. I ended up treating myself to the more expensive one that I went in there for originally; however, had money been tight as it has been during various times in the past, the less expensive vehicle would have saved me a few thousand dollars and still have met my needs; and I would have been elated to know that was another viable option. My salesperson was also extremely patient; not being the most experienced leaser/buyer, I had many, many questions, and he took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer questions multiple times. Louie, the finance manager who completed the paperwork, was equally as cordial and personable! As for price, it was very fair and definitely a better than average deal, from the research I'd done. My sales rep was kind enough to throw in some discounts that helped me save; (unlike my previous dealership, where I ended up losing out). Overall, I had a very positive experience with Rudy, Louie, and Tucson Subaru and will definitely be using them in the future and referring my friends/family to them! And thank you, Rudy, for the bouquet of roses; they are beautiful!!! More

Price and features were great, and Tim Hanson in finance helped with an offer that was available at the time and made all the details of that process go very smoothly - I'd even say it was painless. I've had many years of experience working with the service department as well and look forward to continuing that with the new vehicle. Dan Ford runs a great team and Ivan Salazar is an excellent addition. Very professional all around.
