Over and Beyond While driving from Sacramento to Tucson and stopping in Sedona, we discovered that the moonroof on our 2011 Subaru Outback would not close. We read t While driving from Sacramento to Tucson and stopping in Sedona, we discovered that the moonroof on our 2011 Subaru Outback would not close. We read the manual and removed the cover to the moonroof control to access the manual override. We followed the instructions but we're unable to close the moonroof manually. When we arrived in Tucson, we took the car to the local Subaru dealership. The mechanic estimated the work to dismantle the moonroof and replace possibly broken parts at approx. $1500. When I told the service advisor, Wendy Angelini that we recently had $400 of work done on the moonroof in Sacramento, when it was disassembled to clean the drain holes, she went back and told the mechanic. When I went to Wendy to authorize the repair, she told me that the mechanic went back and tinkered with the moonroof and found that it was misaligned. He realigned the moonroof and it worked. This attention to detail saves us a lot of money. In addition to the moonroof, the mechanic also inspected the entire car and found that the right front strut was leaking. Wendy said this was unusual because the car had only 20,000 miles on it and the strut should not fail at 20,000 miles. The car was out of warrantee, so Wendy called Subaru corporate and explained the situation. They authorized the replacement of the strut at no cost to us. Not only did Tucson Subaru repair the moonroof for the minimal cost of one hour of labor and replace the strut, but as I was leaving, Wendy gave me a coupon for a complementary car wash. I could not thank her enough. She is an asset to the Subaru dealership and is an excellent employee. The mechanic who was equally thorough and conscientious. I am very grateful to both of them. They listen carefully and have the experience and knowledge to go directly to the salient issues and resolve the problems. Thank you. Warm regards, Sandra Sylvester More

Ironically, it was a 2013 Ford Mustang, but that didn't stop the dealership from having the best presentation of the car. Trent Nichols was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I appreciated his no-pressure sales approach which made the whole experience very comfortable. I purchased the car at a fair price and two weeks later have zero regrets. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Tucson Subaru to friends or colleagues. More

There Buying a car can be a stressful experience, but the conduct of the Tucson Subaru staff, particularly Gil and Traci, put us at ease immediately. There was no pressure whatsoever. They listened to us and then guided us through the process. We ended up with the perfect (for us) vehicle, a 2014 Forester. I have found all of the staff -- sales and service -- to be courteous, professional and understanding. If you are looking for a vehicle in Tucson, I recommend you start at Tucson Subaru. In our case, it was the first and only stop in our journey, and I'm glad we found them first. More

TUCSON SUBARU - ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER I STARTED MY CAR SEARCH BY DOING MY RESEARCH THROUGH CONSUMER REPORTS. I WAS LOOKING FOR A MORE ECONOMICAL SOLUTION FOR MY CURRENT LUXURY INFINIT I STARTED MY CAR SEARCH BY DOING MY RESEARCH THROUGH CONSUMER REPORTS. I WAS LOOKING FOR A MORE ECONOMICAL SOLUTION FOR MY CURRENT LUXURY INFINITY FX35 SUV. I NARROWED MY SEARCH DOWN TO 4 THAT I FELT BEST FIT MY NEEDS AND WERE TOP RUNNERS IN THE CONSUMER REPORTS STUDIES. I DROVE EACH CAR I WAS CONSIDERING AND WEIGHED MY OPTIONS CAREFULLY. THE CARS I TESTED INCLUDED THE TOYOTA PRIUSV HYBRID, MAZDA CX-5, SUBURU CROSSTREK HYBRID AND THE SUBARU FORESTER. MY FINAL CHOICE WAS THE 2015 SUBURU FORESTER 2.5i LIMITED MODEL. I LOVE THIS CAR! NOT ONLY DOES IT HAVE ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES I WANTED INCLUDING LEATHER SEATS, POWER DRIVER SEAT, NAVIGATION, POWER REAR DOOR, MOON ROOF, BUT IT HAS THE NEW EYESIGHT DRIVER ASSIST SYSTEM WHICH BRINGS SAFETY TO A NEW LEVEL. I FEEL SAFE IN THIS CAR! I LOVE THE WAY IT DRIVES AND THE VISIBILITY IS FAR BETTER THAN ANY CAR I'VE EVER DRIVEN. I WAS WORRIED GOING FROM LUXURY TO A MORE ECONOMICAL CAR WOULD BE DIFFICULT FOR ME, BUT I AM GETTING MUCH MORE FOR MY MONEY AND AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED. THIS CAR HAS JUST AS MUCH LUXURY FOR ABOUT $10,000 LESS THAN I WOULD HAVE PAID FOR A NEW INFINITY. EVEN THOUGH I HAD DECIDED ON THE FORESTER, I WAS WILLING TO WALK IF I DIDN'T FEEL SATISFIED WITH THE FINAL DEAL. I HAD SEVERAL OTHER OPTIONS THAT I WAS CONSIDERING, BUT I REALLY WANTED TO MAKE THE FORESTER WORK. AFTER A COUPLE OF ROUNDS OF NEGOTIATION I GOT THE DEAL I WANTED AND AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER. I GOT A FAIR TRADE IN VALUE FOR MY INFINITY AND THEY DISCOUNTED THE PRICE OF THE CAR ENOUGH TO HIT MY GOAL FOR FINANCING. EVERYONE I WORKED WITH AT TUCSON SUBARU WAS PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL, AND WORKED HARD TO GIVE ME THE DEAL I WANTED. IT TRULY WAS AN EASY AND FAST EXPERIENCE. MY SALES PERSON - KEVIN WOESSNER WAS THE BEST. I LOVED HIS NO PRESSURE, GOOD LISTINER APPROACH AND HE REALLY HELPED ME UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS GETTING AND HOW IT COMPARED TO OTHER MODELS I WAS CONSIDERING. I WANT TO POINT OUT HE DIDN'T JUST TALK THE DIFFERENCES HE SHOWED ME THE DIFFERENCES BY GOING ONLINE AND PROVING HIS POINTS. I TRUSTED HIM FROM THE BEGINNING AND HE IS PART OF THE REASON I FINALLY WENT WITH TUCSON SUBARU. MY EXPERIENCE WITH TRACI IN FINANCE WAS GREAT AS WELL, SHE HELPED ME COME TO SOME GOOD DECISIONS ON EXTRA WARRANTY AND PROTECTION OPTIONS BY WORKING WITH ME TO UNDERSTAND MY PAST CAR HISTORY AND WHAT MADE THE MOST SENSE FOR ME. END OF THE DAY I RATE MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE A 5 OUT OF 5. I LOVE MY NEW CAR AND REALLY APPRECIATE THE FOLKS AT TUCSON SUBARU. More

Trent wor Trent is a great guy! He is very professional and sincere. Trent is a man who you can feel very comfortable in purchasing a vehicle from. Trent worked with me to find a vehicle that suited my needs and that was with in my budget. He even reduced the price of the vehicle to make the deal happen. Trent has good communication and people skills. He picked me up from the airport in the vehicle that I was going to purchase so I can see the vehicle in person and test drive it. All of the purchase agreement paperwork was ready. Traci walked me through the signature process, explained all of the documents to my satisfaction, and provided me with the necessary copies. Trent had the vehicle detailed and provided me with a full tank of complimentary gas for my four (4) road trip back home. I cannot say enough positive things about Trent and the Tucson Subaru family. He is definitely an asset to Tucson Subaru, and I look forward to purchasing similar “quality” vehicles from Trent in the future. More
Trading Chevy for Subaru Was a very good experience, as Joe went to KBB website and input information on Chevy to be traded in and on (used) Subaru Forrester wanting to buy. Was a very good experience, as Joe went to KBB website and input information on Chevy to be traded in and on (used) Subaru Forrester wanting to buy. The price of the Certified Forrester was at low end of KBB "Good" price range and the Chevy trade-in was valued at low end of Good KBB range. The dealership provided CarFax data on the car and offered extended warranty. It was a pleasant experience as everything seemed so open and transparent. More

They had a fantastic selection of used cars on hand, many within my price range-- this surprised me actually. I was greeted promptly by Steve, who is very friendly. I know a fair amount about cars, and I knew exactly how much I was willing to spend. Steve asked me questions about what type of car I was looking for and what I planned to use it for. He helped me narrow down my field of potential candidates to three. He asked me if I wanted to take the first for a spin, which is nice because I always feel weird asking if I can drive it. He was pleasant during the drive, making sure to answer any questions I had while not being annoying or intrusive. The first car was nice but I really had my eye on the Honda Fit sitting in the corner. It was a little out of my price range but I figured it was a suggestion anyway :) We took it out for a spin and I was sold. Back at the dealership we did the song and dance which happens at every dealership. He wasn't pushy at all, they use the standard "well let me take it over to my boss" tactic of selling which I like because then I feel less pressure from the salesman. He was very fair when I told him my final price, and he took it to his manager. Thankfully the manager accepted the offer and we got the ball rolling. I get low blood sugar and had to run and grab some lunch and Steve even offered me his sandwich he brought from home, how nice is that?! As we were waiting for the finance people, Steve showed me some of the Subaru's in the show room (I'm a car guy), and I was impressed by his knowledge of the entire fleet they had to offer. I definitely recommend Tucson Subaru, and I whole-heartedly recommend seeing Steve Willis when you drop by. More
