Sean Johnson went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my new Subaru was exactly what I wanted. He very patiently explained all the bells and whistles to me since I had my last car (also a Subar make sure my new Subaru was exactly what I wanted. Our appt was scheduled for 30 minutes, and Darla spent 2 hours. She helped us understand the finer points of the Forester's awesomeness and helped those of us who are IT challenged.
