I was thoroughly impressed with this dealership. One thing I especially liked was how quickly the process went. In the past, when I'd buy a new car, the process was interminable. It was typically almost an all-day ordeal. In this case, at Tucson Subaru, the test drive and sales agreement process went very quickly, as did my time in the finance office. One other note: I have spoken to others who told me they were treated quite well at Tucson Subaru. I could say a few other superlatives, but in summary this dealership is top-notch. More

We then talked to Curt McHenry in Finance who did the title work and explained Subaru's extended warranties. We declined the extended warranties, but felt that they were explained to fully as to what they covered. Chris Smith then took us to our new car, which was throughly cleaned and washed with a full tank of gas. He then he set up our smart phones and explained the new technology in the Outback. All was not a quick process, but everyone involved was both thorough , careful and friendly during our purchase. More
