Buying my new Subaru here was an exceptionally positive experience. I made an appt with CJ Nichols, who brought up the exact car I was interested in. He explained the major safety features and improvements. Also went over some interesting tech features. He explained the pricing, went over my trade-in details, and we agreed on a price. The entire process was comfortable and relatively stress-free. No hard sell, no attempt to upgrade/downgrade me to a car I didn't want. He brought up a financing option I had not considered. Traci in financing was organized and efficient. The entire experience was better than I've had at other dealers. I'm now the happy owner of my second Forester. More

Darla is awesome and Tucson Subaru made the entire buying process so easy. The process starts before you get there and then they check in post delivery to be sure everything is ok.
