Debbie was extremely cordial and helpful when I went in to purchase a car on a Wednesday afternoon. It was quite warm outside but she was patient as I looked at many different cars. She cooled the car down to purchase a car on a Wednesday afternoon. It was quite warm outside but she was patient as I looked at many different cars. She was very patient with me and really fought for me to get the car I really wanted and I appreciated that. She tried to keep a stressful process light for me. The service and customer service was beyond my expectation. They provided me with a VERY clean loaner, which is very important during these COVID times. The personnel that I encountered during the transaction from beginning to end was simply kind, and professional. I will definitely continue to do all of my maintenance and necessary work at this location. I don’t mind doing the 900+ Mile round trip. Plus I get to visit mom! 😊 Thank you Tucson Subaru! Oh yea, by the way, no one tried to shoved some upsells down my throat, which would have been an immediate reason for me to never come back. I wish I knew everyone’s name to give credit to! More
