Best Dealership Experience Ever! Going to a dealership is the last thing my wife and I enjoy doing. In almost every experience we have had, the pressure is extremely high, salesman an Going to a dealership is the last thing my wife and I enjoy doing. In almost every experience we have had, the pressure is extremely high, salesman and managers are less than honest, and while we end up leaving with a vehicle, the experiences have left a bad impression. Our experience at Tucson Subaru was the complete opposite. Greg was very well prepared to show us the vehicles we were interested in and focused on the features of the cars rather than telling us what we should buy and why. At no point did Greg make us sit and wait while he, "spoke with his sales manager," nor did he make any promises that were, in the end, not doable. He was transparent the entire time and extremely patient with us while we went through our decision making process. Curtiss, the finance representative, make the paperwork process as quick and easy as possible without pressure to purchase all the extras. Overall, the experience was excellent and restored our faith that honest salesman and a good customer experience does truly exist when purchasing a vehicle. More

Ken, our salesman, was very approachable, knowledgeable, and straight forward. He also didn't try and push us into any vehicle we weren't interested in. Tracy in financing was amazing as well! This made our buying experience stress free. We researched and test drove just about every other car brand out there but we came back to Subaru. My wife loves her new Forester! This is our first Subaru and am positive it won't be our last!! More

The 2019 Forester is AWESOME! I recently picked up my beautiful Jasper Green 2019 Forester! I love that I got all the features I wanted and more! The buying experience was probably the most pleasant I've ever had and I've owned 8 vehicles in my life... Sure it was time consuming but my consultant -- Jim -- took the time to make use of any waiting time and took me around all the departments and thoroughly go over the new features. Scott in the Parts Department was especially helpful and saved me some money reminding me to transfer the crossbars on my old Forester to my new vehicle and Jim removed/installed them for me!
