Totally solved our problem. We had a problem with our Alexa Auto on our 2019 Outback that no one could solve. Contacted Amazon and spoke to 5 or 6 techs who could not figure out We had a problem with our Alexa Auto on our 2019 Outback that no one could solve. Contacted Amazon and spoke to 5 or 6 techs who could not figure out the problem. Contacted Tucson Subaru who put us in touch with Steve Norris. Made an appointment with Steve and after spending about an hour of his time got the system working properly. Steve, was extremely patient and professional, not to mention his knowledge of the different systems in the vehicle. This man is truly a great asset to your company. More

warranty windshield We came in for a warranty windshield replacement. We were first told our's didn't qualify for the warranty. After “discussing” it with scott and the d We came in for a warranty windshield replacement. We were first told our's didn't qualify for the warranty. After “discussing” it with scott and the district rep they agreed to split the cost of a new windshield. Jade got us right in and did a good, fast job. Upon completion she informed us they would warranty the whole price. It saved us money. We like that. One has to also wonder why they didn't warranty the windshield from the very first as would have been both correct and extraordinary. Overall tucson subaru did do what two other dealers said they would to remedy the problem. They did it well and fast while we were in town. Though it should not have taken any “discussing” to get it approved. We were treated kindly and promptly. Jade followed up as she said she would. Scott and Jim Bible, the rep, were curteous in every way. Knowing that tucson subaru is a for profit business like any other, we will be back for more service as nessecary and more if we need another subaru. More
