Efficient, friendly service I had a 7:45 appointment for the first oil change this morning on my wife's 2019 Crosstrek for which I arrived 15 minutes early. My "go-to" service ad I had a 7:45 appointment for the first oil change this morning on my wife's 2019 Crosstrek for which I arrived 15 minutes early. My "go-to" service advisor, Dan Ford, greeted me promptly and I was in the comfortable waiting area in short time. My car was finished around 8:15 and I was back on the road in no time. As we were finishing up my paperwork, Dan took time to answer some questions I had about a windshield replacement on my 2018 Forester. I have been very pleased with the service department at Tucson Subaru, and particularly Dan Ford, over the years. More

There is a much more important emphasis placed on excellent customer service during and after the sale than I recall receiving when I purchased my 2005 Forester at the previous Tucson dealership. This may just be the difference in the overall attitude of auto dealers now than in 2005. However, I have found it to be a very pleasant experience. Steve Norris contacted me shorty after I purchased my car to arrange a meeting to answer any questions I had about my new car. When we met, he was very patient, and clearly explained many features of my car. Once again, a very friendly and pleasant experience. More
