Not only wa Huge THANK YOU to Tucson Subaru for taking such great care of my Forester! London and Bryan went above and beyond at my most recent visit. Not only was the service prompt and friendly as usual, but they washed my car FOR ME! Usually I get a complimentary car wash ticket to run it through after a routine service... Bryan actually took the liberty of spraying it off FIRST and running it through the car wash for me! And drying it! This may seem like a small gesture, but it was a huge thing in my world. You see, I live on a dirt road which commonly has LOTS of water to cross when it rains... Making my Forester look like I go off-roading with so much mud kicked up...The last few times I've taken it to the drive through car wash, they have told me that they need to spray it off first and it costs extra. It's not that big of a deal, it's just inconvenient. (and honestly- not really worth it...) I don't TRY and make a huge mess of my car... I get it, there has to be a policy on place... Anywho- it's a hassle and more time consuming for me. It was such a drastic difference- I didn't even recognize my car! 🤣 👏 Well done gentlemen. WELL DONE. THANK YOU! More
