This dealerships customer service is excellent. I live 120 miles from this dealership and I will continue to travel to them for as long as I am able to drive. You were fast and friendly, but we were shocked by the prices, which were at least twice as much as we pay at home in Minnesota. An oil change and tire rotation at home averages around $60, you quoted $12 prices, which were at least twice as much as we pay at home in Minnesota. An oil change and tire rotation at home averages around $60, you quoted $124. For the filter replacement, available online for $16, we were charged $65. If we were to have our oil changed again in Tucson, we would find somewhere much more reasonably priced. More
