Britney was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I could not ask for better service. The problem that I had with my 2019 Subaru was a battery that was defective and the last battery was replaced on th could not ask for better service. The problem that I had with my 2019 Subaru was a battery that was defective and the last battery was replaced on the warranty just about one year ago. Subaru batteries are not good in Arizona and I’ve replaced at least three of them in the last year. Britney went the extra mile for me got me a loaner car and I was on my way in a very short period of time she also kept me up-to-date via text messaging. I would highly recommend her as a service writer and she is definitely management material. More
