As always the service event was Exceptional. From start to finish Monica was also Exceptional. This was the most pleasant, hassle free experience of buying a car ever! I had high expectations going into the Tucson Subaru dealership. Earlier in the week, a friend had told me of her great experience buying a car ever! I had high expectations going into the Tucson Subaru dealership. Earlier in the week, a friend had told me of her great experience buying a car and gave sales representative Mike Henry a glowing review. During my first visit, Mike took time to listen to my priorities and helped me identify the model and features the best fit my needs. I then visited Toyota and Honda show rooms. Only one of the four representatives of those dealerships was helpful and well informed about the features of their cars and how they met my needs. After test driving three vehicles it was clear that the Forester was the best car for me. Price negotiation was swift and straightforward. It was a pleasure to meet again with Mike as he efficiently explained essential features of the vehicle and answered all my questions. Finance manager Curt McHenry was also highly competent and efficient in explaining the many necessary licensing documents and additional service/coverage options. Both men deliver extraordinary service! More

I came in for a regular warrantied service visit. I had received an e-mail from salesman Edward Oresman suggesting I upgrade on my leased 2019 Crosstrek, so while I was waiting for a loaner car, I decided to check into the possibility. I sure was surprised when our visit ended with me driving home in a brand new 2021! He spent hours with me, going through the application process, discussing financing options, showing me the car I might be leasing, taking a test drive, and once my application was approved, he suggested some accessories, (I bought two), and I cant even remember all of it. On Information Overload, I went home to process and came back the day after next for tutoring on the phone/sound system. Eddie Oresman did a FABULOUS job working with me, and let me know I can call on him with any questions I might have, before the complimentary Subaru Love appt. which will be scheduled sometime in the next couple weeks or so. I am a VERY HAPPY Tucson Subaru customer! More

Dan Ford always provides an exceptional service experience, and this time was no different. After I made an on-line appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and one recall, Dan called with a h experience, and this time was no different. After I made an on-line appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and one recall, Dan called with a heads up about a second recall and arranged a loaner car for me since doing both recalls would be somewhat time consuming. That's what I call service! Although it was a very busy morning in the service drive, Dan got me checked in and on my way rather quickly. More

I am always treated well. I noticed that the store had actually set a few chairs outdoors in shaded areas so those who chose to do so could wait for their vehicles outdoors without a mask. The issue turned out to be a dome light left on overnight. The techs are professional and work with you to resolve any issue you may experience. More
The used, 2014 Outback that I had purchased a few days earlier was making a slight squeaking sound from under the hood, like from a worn idler pulley bearing or belt. As I was going on a long trip in about a week in the car, I set up an appt. to have it checked out. I arrived there on time and they pulled my paperwork out quickly- the young man who did this was very polite. Of course, the car wasn't squeaking when I brought it in, but the service writer, Dan,, assured me that they would check it out and look at the other question that I had about the car. He was very friendly and positive. Their shuttle driver, Steve, was also very friendly and drove me directly home- I did not have to wait very long at all, maybe 10min. A few hours later Dan left a message that the Outback was ready to be picked up. I called for a Shuttle ride to be picked up, and was greeted by Steve again. The problem was the belt and it was replaced with an updated one, at no charge. So far I am am very pleased with all my Dealings with Tucson Subaru and highly recommend them More
