Vinnie, our salesman, and Ke-Shawn on the finance team were awesome. All questions were answered and we were in and out with a gorgeous certified pre-owned in a matter of hours. They even dealt with returning my lease-end Honda to a dealership so I didn't have to. I couldn't recommend Tulley more for someone looking for a vehicle upgrade and a smooth, straightforward process. Thank you very much! More

The general sales manager Val Goldenberg and I chatted it up a few times, you’ll always see him flying around the showroom making sure everyone is enjoying their experience. This time was a bit different for us since we were trading in one of our BMWs for a GMC truck and upgrading a lease on another BMW. The lease upgrade was as smooth as ever. Jim found me a car that suited my needs, Val worked his magic to accommodate my financial requests, and Reid finalized the purchase. They are the BEST! We’ve never worked with Tulley GMC team before, but they were just as good! Cam, you are doing an awesome job! Keep it up! Jordan, I think you will be a GREAT salesman. Work with Thoma IIo at Tulley BMW to purchase a new car. We were all over the place between a Total EV, or Hybrid or Gas. It took us a few week to final make a decision on a new SUV and Thoma was great. We were all over the place between a Total EV, or Hybrid or Gas. Car, test, sales person are great. Finance on the other hand are sneaky and unimpressed with tactics. Couldn't get the price negotiated if we wanted to pay cash due to kick backs with financing. Slipped extended warranty past my wife and when asked to remove, it was too late and could take a billing cycle or two to remove. Now paying interest on a service we didn't want in the first place. Our credit score is close to 840 and financed at over 6% knowing we are going to pay it off right away. They want 5 payments of financing but after all this, it will be paid off in one month. Worst experience ever from a fiance standpoint. Time to find another BMW dealership in the future and cash will be the only option. Live and learn. More
