A Wonderful Experience Tustin Mazda dealership was a great experience. Robert Nelson was very friendly and I never once felt sales pressure. Robert was patient in all the times I returned to test drive the car. He communicated well via text to relay important information on the car I was considering. Robert even took a photo of the car letting me know the car was safe and sound for when I was ready to purchase. The dealership made the purchase quick and easy. We even had the privilege of meeting the owner who made us feel welcome. He talked and listened to us in regards to wants and needs. He was able to meet those needs right on the spot. Debbie who works in finance was a hoot and was helpful in all aspects of the financial purchase. Overall the whole team there at the Tustin Mazda Dealership were kind and really cared about helping us through this process. I love my new car. More

Tustin Mazda was the third place I ended up looking a I was in the market looking around for a while, looking for cars of similar body types to sedan. Tustin Mazda was the third place I ended up looking at on a sort of whim. Omar contacted me pretty quickly, and ended up making an appointment with me just as fast. Omar was super helpful, streamlined the purchasing process. I ended up going home with a mazda 3 which I love so far. I was very picky, and despite that, Omar still kept it in mind to offer many different cars to look at(even though I was set on the sedan regardless he still tried bless him). He was knowledgeable and answered any questions he managed to get from my picky self. I'm super pleased with my experience, and would definitely recommend him for the future. More
