I had service done on January 21, which included an oil change, tire rotation and wheel cover replacements. Everything seemed fine until later that afternoon when I was driving to run an errand and the pla change, tire rotation and wheel cover replacements. Everything seemed fine until later that afternoon when I was driving to run an errand and the plastic trim along the top of my driver side front wheel detached on the front end and was left hanging. Upon closer inspection, multiple plastic pins were broken, preventing it from remaining secure to the car. I notified the dealership of what happened with a photo and they sent photos of the car post-service, stating that there was existing damage to the bumper (which if you see the photos, it’s not what I would call damage at all) and that it must have happened on its own because of that alone. I responded by asking if they were implying that it was not possible that they happened to have bumped it by mistake during the tire service and simply tried to reattach it unsuccessfully, to which they doubled down and said it was impossible and that they are “pretty careful when dealing with any vehicle”. Telling me that it was impossible is disrespectful and simply insulting, especially considering it popped off shortly after they serviced it the same day. I wasn’t asking them to admit wrongdoing, just to acknowledge that it could be more than a total coincidence. I can provide screenshots of the message exchange if needed. I’ll find another mechanic, no need for me to return to this one. Please work on your customer dialogue before you lose more paying customers. More

I don't hear any noise. Just quiet breaks. Thanks a lot to Luke Clearwater, Jason Simons for using high quality parts. Thanks to parts manager who order high quality parts and thanks for mechanic who worked with my car for properly installing.. First time since 2012 when I push break pedal I don't hear any noise. It turns out breaks can be quiet. But only after visiting Service department.. Not after buying brand new car. I believe people at this service buy more expansive with highest quality parts. Not junk parts installed at Nissan factory. I"m happy I know people who do extremely amazing work. More
