I wanted to share my experience so others can be careful during the leasing process. The finance process was more stressful and awkward than expected. Initially, we were given a quote for a 24-month leas during the leasing process. The finance process was more stressful and awkward than expected. Initially, we were given a quote for a 24-month lease at around $315 per month. After I approved them to run my credit, they came back with a different quote of about $400 per month and said there had been a mistake on their end, though they could not clearly explain what happened. I had specifically asked for a 24-month lease, but later found out they had run the numbers for a 36-month lease instead. Because they had to call and modify things again, I ultimately ended up accepting the 36-month lease, even though that was not what I originally requested. When signing the documents, I also had to ask them to review the contract three separate times because not all of the discounts listed on the website were included. I was told things like it was related to the money factor or that all the discounts were already there, but after reviewing the numbers carefully, they were not. Overall, I appreciate that the deal was eventually completed, but I would strongly recommend that customers review every number carefully, confirm the lease term, verify that all advertised discounts are included, and do their own math before signing.
