Giving a yes was a difficult decision, because if I were to base my answer on the first interaction, I would have to say no, because I had to bring the car back to get what I wanted done. I am surprised that the service tech (the one actually working on the car) missed a big broken plastic piece that I wanted repaired. Had I been called to say that "we found more that needs to be replaced" and sent pics, I would have gladly had the extra work done. I gave a yes to "would you recommend..." only because ultimately the work was completed and so far appears to be decent, if not expensive work. More
