The service department was total crap. They lied to me about fixing my car. All they did was spray some WD40 on a belt and in a pulley to get it to stop making noise and less than 24hrs la They lied to me about fixing my car. My oil change was successful, however the experience wasn’t the most pleasant. When I went for my first oil change with them after getting my car from them, I was expecting to pay for the oil change. I wasn’t the most pleasant. When I went for my first oil change with them after getting my car from them, I was expecting to pay for the oil change. I instead was told I had 3 free oil changes and I had just used one. I was given a physical receipt and a card stating how many oil changes I had left. When I returned this week to get my 2nd oil change I realized that I had lost my card stating that I had 2 free oil changes left. When I got there I let the gentleman that was working there know that I had lost the card and I was willing to pay. He had no idea what I was talking about and told me that I didn’t have free oil changes as they “don’t offer that”. I understand that I lost the card, I take responsibility for that. However, I don’t understand why there’s nothing in their system to log things like this. I did end up getting the oil change for free but was told they don't typically offer free oil changes because free oil changes aren’t in contracts. That’s obviously a lie. My family has now purchased 4 cars from them and they definitely offer free oil changes. I’m grateful that they do this, the just need to all get on the same page. More
