I took the Rogue in, and there was a backorder on parts. I took my car back to tynans in September b/c the video screen order was cancelled. I got my rogue back a week later- and the issue was not resolved. When I called the dealership to ask where my car was, I was flat outlined to by the service manager who said "" The service Tech is out on a test drive I'll ask him when he gets back." That answer is so full of BS because it was before 7:30 a.m.. My rental car was a base model Sentra That did not have working headlights, And I asked the service manager for an upgrade and the rental to at least match my model and trim Rogue, And he said I could if "we had rogues available." I asked him to check if anywhere available and he said he didn't have the time. So no, if I can help it, Tynans will not have my business again nor will you be positively referred to by anyone looking for a new or used car or service. Tynans is a nightmare. More

The Service Department was very quick to check me in and get my Apex Protect put in. They were very good about keeping me updated and helping me get it set up with the help of Jose from the Finance Departme get my Apex Protect put in.
