Unhappy Customer I have had issues with this service center for sometime now. Had the rotors done and there machine put a groove in them. I had to call and get it fixe I have had issues with this service center for sometime now. Had the rotors done and there machine put a groove in them. I had to call and get it fixed then they said both sets of brakes needed changed j had the back o es changed. I just took the car back in to have the front checked and they told me they were fine. How do i go from being told they need replaced to not needing replaced. Car only has 35,000 miles on it. More

There was no pressure and I felt comfortable, due to their honest and attentive manner. They kept me informed when the new remodeled Altimas arrived and I leased one and was so pleased with the new purchase—-until it was totaled (no fault) less than 2 months later. I was so in love with the new Altima and called Evan to inform him of what happened and to see if they could get me in the same one, which included a hard to find interior selection. Boy- did he ever, he went above and beyond to locate and transport one for me, kept me informed and provided a seemless experience for me...again. Everyone in the dealership knew of my situation and were so lovely and attentive. I felt very cared for and valued as a customer but more importantly, as a person.
