When I arrived the service tech did not great me at the car, instead he was inside sitting playing a video game on his cell (don’t know his name because he never introduced himself) . He had ZERO customers service skills, not friendly or welcoming (would have walked away if I had to pay for the service, instead of recall). The only nice experience I had was with the overly nice person (Adnan) who found me to give me my keys at the end. I am shocked at my overall experience, would not recommend this center. Will go to other dealerships in future. More

Worst customer service ever! I prepay for oil change packages. I'm a frequent customer. Came in at 10:15am was told it would be 1.5 hours. After that time went to check, my car ha I prepay for oil change packages. I'm a frequent customer. Came in at 10:15am was told it would be 1.5 hours. After that time went to check, my car hadn't been in yet. Was told it would be about 30 minutes. Checked after 30 minutes, it was almost done I walked out about 2.5 hours later. I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked that my prepaid package be canceled. Was told that I had been informed when I came in that it would be over 2 hours. NO I WAS NOT! Don't lie!! Another note: I like to wait in the showroom. I sat in the showroom for those 2+ hours. Normally I'm greeted, asked if I could be helped, checked on several times by several sales people. Not even an acknowledgement this time. In addition, there was a lot of inappropriate talk/language amongst the staff for being in an open sales environment. I have to say the whole experience was not my usual one at this location. But the disrespect of me and my time will never happen again, I won't return. More
