Giving a yes was a difficult decision, because if I were to base my answer on the first interaction, I would have to say no, because I had to bring the car back to get what I wanted done. I am surprised tha to base my answer on the first interaction, I would have to say no, because I had to bring the car back to get what I wanted done. I am surprised that the service tech (the one actually working on the car) missed a big broken plastic piece that I wanted repaired. Had I been called to say that "we found more that needs to be replaced" and sent pics, I would have gladly had the extra work done. I gave a yes to "would you recommend..." only because ultimately the work was completed and so far appears to be decent, if not expensive work. More

The crew at Tynan's was terrific as we bought an Ariya and leased a Leaf.
