purchase of our new used ,2014 Nissan cube on 4/6/2019 We loved our 2009 Nissan cube, but realized it couldn't last forever so when we saw an ad on car guru indicating a reasonably priced, one nonsmoker ow We loved our 2009 Nissan cube, but realized it couldn't last forever so when we saw an ad on car guru indicating a reasonably priced, one nonsmoker owner 2014 cube with no accidents we called universal Nissan in Orlando to see if it was available. We then drove three hours from our home in citrus county to see it. We were cheerfully greeted by Sarfaraz Ahmed, the certified sales consultant who treated us with utmost respect and assured us that although our credit isn't perfect, their expert team would do everything they could to get us financed. Well, they did it! Also he made certain our auto insurance was properly transferred to the new car and all paperwork was completely properly so we wouldn't have to drive back to Orlando on Monday to complete anything. This dealership is the most professional and caring one I have ever dealt with. I recommend them to everyone and will send my friends and large family there for future cars. More

I was ignored, told wrong information, made to wait more than needed and no one would get me Simo’s (the GM) information to get in contact with them. After fighting to get the GM’s contact info they eventually gave it to me. Once we spoke he finally helped me out and put me with Gillette (salesperson). He was able to help me and to trade in my car for a SUV I was looking to get. From there I had another issue with trying to get my second FOB key. I have been rescheduled twice and when I went in during my third scheduled time they told me I was too late and the key maker left and was basically told I can’t do anything but come back. Ramces is horrible with customer service and had terrible customer experience skills. I would like Simo Bassi or William Nero to contact me immediately. More

We went on several test drives so I was able to determine exactly what car I was the most comfortable in.
